NS: Adjusting passenger products and services due to Corona – achieving good results under high pressure.
Corona suddenly changed the travel behavior of the train passenger. NS therefore adapted its products and services quickly. Manuela was asked by NS as a program manager within Commerce and IT to lead delivery of quick results.
Manuela:
“As a program manager, I directed, among other things, the development and national roll-out of the new “Treinwijzer” service.
I coordinated the dependencies between the various agile teams and ensured that internal and external stakeholders were involved and informed. In this assignment, flexibility due to continuously changing circumstances and speed were important in order to achieve good results under high pressure.
Together with our multidisciplinary teams, we successfully rolled out the new service nationwide in a short time. We also developed a vision and development plan.
Before my departure, I ensured a good embedding in the new NS agile organization”.
