Manuela Melis comes from a real entrepreneurial family. Her father formed the third generation in the family business Melis Logistics. She grew up above the company in a family with four children who would later all become entrepreneurs in their own way.
Manuela studied Business Economics and soon afterwards founded her company tweeM. Her focus: projects around improvement and digital innovation. The more complex, the better. Always looking for smart solutions and new developments. In 2000, for example, she followed a course on the possibilities of the internet and the new economy. And she realised various improvement projects in which innovation played an important role.
Over the past twenty years, she has worked for many large companies, such as Philips, NS and PON. And as an advisor to the family business, she keeps in touch with entrepreneurship.
That entrepreneurship is one of the characteristics of Manuela’s style: problem-solving, result-oriented, open and concrete.
As a middle member of the family, she has been able to connect people with different characters from a very young age. She is quickly at home in new matters, makes things clear by getting everything on the table and sets priorities. She thinks along and comes up with practical solutions.
Manuela is the director who, together with all those involved, works towards a plan on 1 A4. An approach that is supported and implemented, so that results are achieved.
